Zoe Paul
DAPO Triage IDVA - Drive Partnership
Zoe brings a diverse background in healthcare and support services, with experience in nursing, sexual health, and probation.
Prior to joining The Drive Partnership, Zoe worked as a Lead IDVA (Independent Domestic Violence Advisor), where she supported high-risk individuals and coordinated multi-agency responses. In this role, Zoe often worked with repeat victims or perpetrators who went on to have new victims, which deepened her passion for behaviour change. This experience reinforced her commitment to helping individuals break harmful cycles and make positive, sustainable changes.
Zoe's varied background has given her a strong foundation in client-focused care, risk management, and collaborative working.
