'The CORE training has impacted significantly on how I think about DA in the conferences I chair. I am struck by how the training has helped me reframe how I think about perpetrator behaviours and survivor responses. I am so pleased that I attended the training and will be encouraging others to access it as well' ~Child Protection Chair

Restart provides early intervention for perpetrators causing harm in families working with Children’s Social Care, to prevent continued abuse. Where needed, access to accommodation may be provided for the perpetrator to increase family safety and space for action.
The pilot takes a multi-agency approach, which includes delivering Safe & Together training for social work teams and working with housing teams to innovate accommodation pathways.
