Manjusha Dev is the HR Manager at Respect UK, joining the organisation in January 2026. She brings experience from the Violence Against Women and Girls sector, where she has developed a deep understanding of trauma-informed HR practices and the unique needs of both staff and service users in sensitive, mission-critical environments.
Her core expertise spans people strategy, employee relations, case management, recruitment, performance management, organisational development, and diversity and inclusion. She is passionate about creating HR systems that align organisational goals with employee wellbeing, and thrives in environments where social impact, equity, and people
development are prioritised.
When she's not thinking about HR strategies, you'll find her buried in behavioural psychology books, exploring new places with her camera, or hanging out at cat cafes.
