She brings over 25 years' experience in charity operations, including 15 years at senior leadership level for a national educational charity, where she led finance, HR and governance through a period of significant growth. She's known for pairing strategic clarity with practical, hands-on delivery.

Malka is mum to three daughters, loves a good mystery to solve, exploring new places, and is happiest when she's dancing.
