Karen joined Respect as Operations and Governance Manager in March 2026. Before this, she worked in operations at Support Through Court and the Global Alliance of Impact Lawyers.

With over a decade of experience in the charity and not-for-profit sectors, Karen brings expertise in streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and enhancing organisational effectiveness.
