Georgina Roche (Zina)

Georgina joined Respect as Senior Communications and Policy Officer for Make a Change in July 2025.

She builds on over ten years of experience in shaping public narratives, influencing policy and delivering inclusive campaigns in women's, children's, and refugee rights. She is a published translator and editor and has assisted in producing several short films for the UN. 

Most recently, she has worked as a lecturer in digital media studies, working directly with young people affected by domestic abuse. 

Outside of work Georgina enjoys life drawing, trail running and has recently discovered a love of climbing.
