Dwayne Barrett

Dwayne is a Senior Data Analyst within the Drive Partnership, working with colleagues across practice, policy, and delivery to ensure our data is robust, meaningful, and genuinely useful for decision-making.

I’m particularly passionate about enabling colleagues to access clear, dynamic data to support both strategic thinking and day-to-day delivery. A key focus of my role is improving how we collect, analyse, and share data – including using tools like Power BI and automation to reduce manual processes, improve consistency, and free up time to focus on insight rather than reporting.

My background is in working with complex datasets and translating them into clear, accessible messages for a wide range of audiences. I enjoy collaborating with colleagues to answer the important “so what?” questions, ensuring data is interpreted responsibly and in ways that support safe, effective practice. I’m also keen to support others to feel confident using data and to help build strong data capability across the organisation.

Outside of work: I enjoy watching movies, and am somewhat of a football enthusiast who enjoys exploring transfer activity, player stats, and the occasional healthy debate.
