FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How much does commissioned training cost?
Costs depend on whether you're a Respect member, group size (10 or 16 participants), and whether new materials need to be developed. We're happy to discuss costings in a consultation call.
Do you deliver training online or in person?
Our trainers deliver sessions online and in person. For in-person delivery, travel and accommodation costs are covered by the commissioning organisation.
What if I don't see training that meets my needs?
We can adapt any existing course or develop new content. We regularly meet with services to discuss specific practice issues before agreeing a training plan.
How long does it take to arrange training?
For existing courses, we can usually arrange delivery within 4 to 6 weeks. Bespoke training takes longer, as we need time to understand your needs and develop materials, typically 8 to 12 weeks from initial consultation to delivery.
Do participants receive certificates?
Yes, all participants receive a certificate of completion. For certain courses, we can also provide OCN certificates and learning outcomes documentation.
