Caitlin is a communications and campaigns expert with over a decade's experience in the
charity sector. She has managed communications and policy work on sexual
violence, online gender-based violence and domestic abuse prevention, working
on a local and national level to create change and shift social narratives.

As Head of Communications at Glitch she oversaw the release of an in-depth study
into online misogynoir and co-led a successful campaign to change the law
around online safety for women and girls. As Domestic Abuse Policy Lead at Respect accredited member, Cranstoun she established the organisation as a trusted voice in the sector, making the case for perpetrator interventions in the news and in
decision-making rooms.

This work led her to the Drive Partnership, where she hopes to continue changing hearts and minds around the possibility of ending domestic abuse.

Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys singing in a musical theatre choir, walking by the sea
and putting the world to rights over a pint.
