Marcia Henson

Marcia joined Respect in October 2025 having previously worked at Save the Children for 9 years. She is supporting the Drive Partnership team with the completion of quarterly returns, production of management accounts and creation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts. In her spare time, she volunteers with the Leicestershire & Rutland Wildlife Trust as well as being a trustee for the Osprey Leadership Foundation. She can frequently be found watching her favourite football team Ipswich Town
