Kelly Owen

With over 10 years of experience in the Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) sector, Kelly has worked across a range of roles—from administrative support to frontline service delivery. She has supported both survivors and perpetrators of domestic abuse, coordinated counselling services, and facilitated therapeutic and psychoeducational groups for women.

In her role as Operations Officer, she plays a key part in supporting the smooth running of employee processes across the organisation. In a previous role, she led the successful transition of a children’s therapy service from paper-based systems to a secure, GDPR-compliant digital platform—an achievement she remains particularly proud of.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys watching wrestling, is rekindling her passion for Muay Thai training, and is currently learning Italian. She’s also a firm believer in the restorative powers of good cheese and a great glass of wine.
