Eve is a forensic psychology postgrad who has specialised in domestic abuse for the last decade, working across both statutory and non-statutory sectors—including prison psychology services, probation, and frontline charities. She has designed and delivered perpetrator programmes, trained professionals across sectors, and supported service improvement and development with a sharp focus on risk, safety, and accountability.

Eve first joined the Drive Partnership as a Case Manager, gaining her IDVA qualification in 2021 while working directly with high-risk perpetrators. She brings a deep understanding of both individual behaviour change and the wider systems needed to support it.

With a strong commitment to breaking the cycle, she combines psychological insight with real-world experience - and is passionate about building a safer world and brighter futures for everyone affected by abuse.

Outside of work, Eve is happiest listening to true crime and psychology podcasts, dancing at live gigs, camping in the Welsh countryside and cuddling her cats.
