Emma joined Respect in January as Project Manager, bringing over 15 years’ experience leading third-sector projects across Wales. Her experience includes managing regional and national projects, leading multi-disciplinary teams, and building partnerships, with a focus on delivering supportive, community-focused services.

Emma’s experience includes working with organisations such as Safer Wales, CSSC, and WCVA, where she has supported service development, strengthened quality standards, and contributed to projects through practical delivery and strategic oversight. She is passionate about empowering teams and supporting services in thoughtful, values-led ways.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys walking, watching movies, and travelling.
