Respect would like to warmly welcome back Alexandra Davies-Jones as she rejoins the Ministry of Justice UK as Victims Minister. Alex was the second Chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Perpetrators of Domestic Abuse, playing a key role in putting the APPG on the parliamentary map. Respect looks forward to renewed working with the Minister in the new government, to ensure that addressing domestic abuse is at its root cause.
A warm welcome to Satvir Kaur as the newly appointed Minister for Safeguarding, Violence Against Women and Girls, and Equalities. We look forward to meeting with the Minister in the coming weeks.
